Dr. Renne is also an Associate Professor in the School of Urban and Regional Planning and Director of the Center for Urban and Environmental Solutions at Florida Atlantic University. He is an Honorary Research Associate at Oxford University.
Renne is also the managing director of The TOD Group® a real estate development, investment and consulting firm that specializes in Transit Oriented Development. Mr. Greschner is a Managing Partner of the TOD Index, LLC, which operates the Renne-Greschner TOD Index™
He is also a partner in the TOD Group, LLC, a national leader in Transit Oriented Development (TOD).
Greschner worked on Wall Street as an institutional research analyst and market strategist for a leading firm.
He specializes in in real estate, private equity, and structured products, including providing exposure to difficult to access but potentially alpha generating alternative investments.

Tara Tolford, AICP, Analyst
Ms. Tolford is an Analyst with the TOD Index, LLC. and assists with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and report production for the TOD Index. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New Orleans, with a dual specialization in transportation and land use planning.
Tolford has an appointment at the University of New Orleans. She serves as the chair of the New Orleans Sustainable Transportation Action Committee, an association of transportation professionals, advocates, and educators that aims to promote economic vitality, environmental stewardship and healthy, interconnected communities across New Orleans by advising local, regional and state agencies on best practices for sustainable transportation.Contact me directly at email@example.com for more information.
